We offer coding as an independent service. You do not have to be a current billing client of PBMS to take advantage of our coders!
However, if you ARE a billing client of PBMS, any claim that has a procedure is run through our coders BEFORE the claim is billed out. Surgeries and office procedures are reviewed based on what the provider marks for appropriate coding and modifiers. Feedback is continually given to our providers. In addition, as a new billing provider (if you so choose), you receive a FREE coding audit within the first 3 months of working with you! This has many benefits, including improved reimbursements, compliance, and education.
